I have not received my email verification to complete registration. What should I do?

Confirm your email address entered. If correct, click on the link to have another email sent to you. If you still haven't received, check your “spam folder” to see if it was redirected there. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact us at our contact page for more help or information.


How do I close my IOU Central account?

It is possible to cancel your account, provided you are not currently repaying a loan.

Because we are required to maintain your records after you close your account, we cannot delete your account information completely. However, we will inactivate your account making it inaccessible to anyone other than IOU Central authorized personnel.
