IOU Central’s management team has extensive lending experience and knowledge of the credit industry. The team’s combined experience includes over 50 years of operations, credit underwriting, collections, state and federal lending compliance procedures as well as sales and marketing.
President & Chief Operations Officer
Mr. Gloer has served as President and Director of IOU Central since December 2008. Prior to IOU he worked with First Franklin Financial Corporation, a subsidiary of Merrill Lynch, serving in multiple positions from Underwriting Manager, Operations Manager, VP Branch Manager, SVP East Region and finally Director of East Coast. Mr. Gloer led 450+ employees to the top of 6 regions in the firm responsible for the oversight of all Sales and Operations and a $500m+ annual P&L. Prior to First Franklin, Mr. Gloer was SVP of Loan Administration for Credit Depot where he was responsible for the firms Investor Relations, Secondary Marketing and Underwriting. Since the early 90’s Mr.Gloer worked for Equicredit Corp, a Nations Bank Company
Madeline A. Wade - VP Operations
Ms. Wade has served as Treasurer and Vice President of Operations of IOU Central since December 2008. From October 2005 to March 2008, Ms. Wade worked for First Franklin Financial Corporation, a subsidiary of Merrill Lynch, serving in multiple positions including Automated Underwriting Trainer and Support, Level II Underwriter and Loan Account Manager. From October 2002 to September 2005, Ms. Wade served as Deal Manager and Underwriter for Bayrock Mortgage Corporation, a wholesale mortgage company. Prior to 2002, Ms. Wade held various positions in financial services firms. Ms. Wade received her B.A. Degree from Louisiana State University. Ms. Wade is also a member of the American Business Women’s Association.
Jackie Nickel - VP Sales
Mr. Nickell has served as Vice President of Sales of IOU Central since September 2011. From 2001 to 2008, Mr. Nickell worked as a sales representative for First Franklin Financial Corporation, a subsidiary of Merrill Lynch. Mr. Nickell was awarded the top 1% B2B sales professional with Merrill Lynch. In 2005 he was the single highest producing sales representative out of 659 people nationwide. From 2008 to 2011, Mr. Nickell held various positions in financial lending and technology firms around the country. Prior to 2001, Mr. Nickell was a Professional baseball player for four years with the Seattle Mariners minor league system and Collegiate All-American & PAC 10 Pitcher of the Year at the University of Southern California.
